Users will find the Corus Itron very easy to use. The Corus Itron comes pre-loaded with a set of default settings that will help you get started with your health tracking. In addition, you can customize settings to your liking or create your own custom settings. The most important setting is the date format. To change date format from US-style DD/MM/YY to UK-style DD/MM/YY for example, go to the Date Format tab and pick UK from the drop-down menu. Click Save and then click Close. The Corus Itron will now show dates in this new format within its charts and graphs. After selecting your date format, continue to the next step. Enter your weight and height in the Weight and Height tabs. Make sure you enter figures in pounds or kilograms and that you enter them as whole numbers. You do not need to enter figures in both pounds and kilograms since the Corus Itron will calculate your weight from the two sets of figures you entered. Use abbreviations for body parts, i.e., "Ht" for height or "Wt" for weight. The Corus Itron calculates BMI from your entered weight and height values. If you prefer to enter your weight and height in centimeters, the Corus Itron also has a separate option for this. After entering these values, click Save and then Close. On the next tab, select the option option from the drop-down menu that best describes you, or leave it on "Default."
